From the day you start your business ,you should be looking to sell it, for a number of reasons.
Firstly, this external opinion of value takes a look at your business comparing it to other similar businesses giving a realistic opinion of value in the same way that the market will judge your worth and success as opposed to you telling them how wonderful you are, and how valuable your company is. In all honesty, most business owners don't have a clue what their business is worth.

As we are looking to sell the company and get as much for the business as we possibly can as our remuneration relies on it, you can rest assured our valuation will be as realistic as possible.
